12 "My husband gave Mr. Sanchez the wrong dimensions for the pad. Mr. Sanchez was finishing the pad when I noticed the smaller dimensions. I asked if he could increase the size and he was able to accommodate my request instantly and efficiently. My only caution is I am finding that you must be very specific about your request. My husband asked him to pour the pad up next to the fence, but figured forms would be built all the way around and not literally poured against the fence posts and slats. As a result, we lost 3" of usable space. We will use again though for another concrete/brick project next summer.
